    Hi there,
I’m trying to use a parallax image in a background (nothing fancy) but the image just moves like a normal background.
I’ve tried using both the row options and the column options but no luck.

    Any ideas?

    Kindest regards

    Hi PXLTree,

    Sorry for the late reply.

Could you, please give us a link to your site where we can see the problem “live”? Sounds like a JS error on the page, but can’t be sure without seeing it first.

    Regards,
    Dimitar

    Hi PXLTree,

Actually, there was no parallax effect in the page titles. It’s just a fixed background image.

As for the parallax on the home page, it’s really strange. No JS errors in the console and everything seems fine. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to login, as it requires a two-step verification by mail.

Could you please tell me how to login successfully and also tell us what’s your OS/Browser configuration?

Hi, I have the same problem, the parallax background images scroll like a normal background.

Also I’ve noticed a console error of a missing file in the child theme folder (/js/lafka-front.js), instead there is a file called grosso-front.js
I replaced it with the lafka-front.js from parent theme, the consol error has disappeared, but parallax background still doesn’t work

It’s a fresh install, with demo content import (I’ve added only some css )
I tried with Chrome, Firefox and Safari

    Regards,
    Mauro

    Hi web-9702,

There is a wrong file in the child theme indeed. We will release an update with the correct file.

However, this could not be the reason for the parallax problem. Please, allow a bit more time so we can check what could be causing the problem.
