ParticipantHello all,
I don’t know why but the paypal button is not working. When I click to pay with paypal I can see a new window but nothing happens.
Please check the bellow video.
PS. It looks the issue is related with postal code.
If I type the postal code as ‘1234’ I have the paypal error. However, if the postal code is like ‘1234-223’ I can now see the paypal window to type the email and password.thanks.

KeymasterHi hugoquadrado,
I am afraid this is not theme related. You’d probably need to discuss this with the PayPal support team and get the correct settings.

ParticipantHello,
I’m sorry, but in fact I think thats a theme related because if I try to pay without the postal code I don’t get any warning of missing postal code.
Postal code or any other filed. The same happens for name, phone… Shouldn’t the theme give a warning of an empty field? As you can see in this example, if I don’t have the Name filed it get red, but if I don’t have the phone number correct I can’t submit until I fix the phone number.
Also, how can I get a bigger warning of missing fields?
Thanks.

KeymasterHi hugoquadrado,
These are not part of the theme. They are core WooCommerce functions and settings. Also, by using a custom PayPal button, you’re bypassing the form validation. Why would you need a custom PayPal button? The WooCommerce have it’s own PayPal payment method.
