I am having “jumping” issues on the photos that are Parallax. I was thinking the photo was too large of a size, so I downsized it but then you can’t see the whole photo and the image is not sharp. Is there a recommended photo size? Also, what’s the difference if I do a background photo under “Design Options” compared to a simple parallax under the “General” tab? Thank you for your time, Julie

I have just checked your website and can’t really see the “jumping” on your parallax background (the wooden background). It scrolls pretty smooth. Could you please tell us what’s your OS/Browser configuration and screen resolution?

As for the background, there is really no matter which one you use. It works the same, but for the dedicated parallax background (not the main row background) you have more control on the scroll (respectively on the upscale) ratio.

I can now see the icons in your header. Test with iPhone 8 and they look absolutely normal to me.

Bingo! I was using Safari and when I switched to Firefox the “jumping” on the photo stopped. Thank you! Julie
