    I have three questions.
    1) I set up store hours as 0900 – 1700 so people can place orders during business hours. The problem is that food can only be picked up or delivered from 1730 – 2030. Is there a way to let people place orders all day but only allow them to choose from the available delivery/pick up slots. When I limited the hours to 1730 – 2030 people couldn’t place orders during the day.
    2) On the check out page the pop up says Select Delivery Time with a drop down showing times but there is no option to select pick up. How do I change this please?
    3) I have only one location – do I need to set that up as a branch


    It’s been several days since I posted this question and I could really do with an answer – any chance you could respond today please?

    Sorry for the late reply.

    1. No, I am afraid we don’t have such features. Slots are connected to the Order Hours.

    2. Pickup OR Delivery is selected in the location confirmation popup. The Date and Time selector is only for Date and Time, no matter if you choose Delivery or Pickup.

    3. Yes, if you want to use the full functionality )delivery, pickup, location confirmation et.c) you’d need to set at least one branch.
