Hi Support,

I have issue on the delivery/ pickup current time because on the checkout page time sloat is displayed but it’s also display previous slot as well,please could you show me how to fixed that because somebody easily can placed back time order.

You’d need to have Order Hours properly set and also set time slots for the delivery day/time picker..

Hi buntypanwar,

It looks like your Order Hours are not set properly.

1. You have set 23 periods/day while it must be only 1 in your case (12:00-23:30)
2. Your sore Order Hours are set to “Turn-on Force Override” and always open
3. Same settings are set for the branch to override the global settings.

Fix your global order hours ad disable all force overrides, so the system functions properly.

2. Turn on Force Override

both off them still not working

That’s what I said – Turn on Force Override should be disabled.

Did you read my previous answer?

DO NOT set the order hours schedule on every 30 minutes. Draw a single frame over the working hours.

Also, make sure the global settings are not set to override the branch settings
