ParticipantHello Dimitar,
I found some issue with the pictures in iOs devices ( iphones, Macs,…), for some random products.
I’ve been some days trying to solve it but I don’t know how.
For the products with the issue, in the shop page the picture doesn’t appear and if you go to the product page, the picture is in black.
It is only happening for iOs devices. Android and Windows no problem.
If I change the product picture for another photo, then this new photo does appears. However, if I come back to the right picture ( picture of my product) the picture doesn’t appear again.
I also tried to modify the pictures with the issue ( new name, new format, new size,…) but issue is still there. Thanks and regards

KeymasterHello Pablo,
I am afraid we can’t just guess what could be wrong by reading an explanation. Please, provide a working link to such product, so we can see what could be wrong.

KeymasterThe problem is in your file names. The iOS Sarafi browser and some other browsers can’t read URLs and file names with special characters like “ó” and “é”.
You’d need to rename your image files.

ParticipantHello,
I think it has to be something else.
I have images with “normal” names that also don’t work well.https://www.via-lactea.es/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/pantalones-bichos-verdes.jpg

I think it has to be related with some layers in the images. I am reading reading in internet and trying new things.
I will share with you the results.Regards

KeymasterHello Pablo,
jpg images doesn’t have layers. If it only happens on newly uploaded products, it could be related to some plugin you have installed lately OR there is something wrong with the image file format.
Unfortunately, this is not theme related, so we can’t really p[rovide much help other than guessing.
