ParticipantHello.
Contact because I have a problem to view the products based on their category.
I have a section for displaying products by category, but I can’t get one of the products I’m preparing to appear as a template in the pizza section: https://asadorgrado.es/pizzas/
As you can see, one of the products that the template brings by default appears (https://asadorgrado.es/product/new-pizza-3/) but it does not appear in the section https://asadorgrado.es/pizzas/ a even though this product is categorized as “Pizza”.
What is the problem to be able to visualize this product in its respective section being categorized?
Thanks.

KeymasterHello galernaestudio.com,
I have just checked your website. The pizza in question – https://asadorgrado.es/producto/new-pizza-3/ – IS VISIBLE in your Pizzas category.
Products can be invisible only if set as hidden. We have some demo products like this like the build your pizza or build your burger products and all combo products, so they can only be reached via direct link. You just need to make them visible in the product settings.

ParticipantHi.
Sorry, I didn’t explain myself well.
The pizza that did not appear until yesterday on the page https://asadorgrado.es/pizzas/ was https://asadorgrado.es/producto/pizza-plantilla/, not https://asadorgrado.es/producto/new-pizza -3/
The product https://asadorgrado.es/producto/pizza-plantilla/ was categorized as “Pizza” but did not appear on the page.
What I wanted to say is because https://asadorgrado.es/producto/new-pizza-3/ only appeared if the product “Pizza template” was also categorized as “Pizza”
Have you modified any settings to appear now?
On the other hand, where can the “NEW” tag that appears on the “Pizza template” product be added or removed?
All the best

KeymasterNo, I didn’t touched anything on your site. Pizza Plantilla was alredy visible. The problem could be related to some server caching enabled on your hosting OR it may have something to do with your Maintenance or Open/Close plugins.
BTW, the Lafka theme comes with built-in order hours functionality, so the WooCommerce Open/Close should not be really needed unless it provides some really special functionality that our theme doesn’t have.

ParticipantThank. I’ll keep it in mind the cache issue about products. OK
Two issues left to clarify :
1. Regarding the configuration of the possibility of ordering only on certain days and time periods, where can this option be configured? I need to “close” the web, avoid order in some days and in some periods of time
2. Finally, in the previous ticket also asked you about where is set up the “NEW” tag that is displayed now on the “Pizza template” product?
Thank you very much.

Keymaster1. Sure, that’s why we built our custom order hours functionality. You can configure it under WooCommerce > Lafka Order Hours
2. It’s automatically applied for new products. You can change the time it’s active or disable it under Theme Options > Shop > NEW label.

Participant1. I have checked WooCommerce module, but I don’t see the Lafka Order Hours tab / section.
https://asadorgrado.es/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/lafka-order-hours.jpgCould tell the exact URL or section where I could configure days / hours to make orders please?
2. OK
Regards

Keymaster1. Check the theme documentation. It’s explained there with screenshots 🙂
In order to use the feature, the Order Hours functionality must be enabled in Theme Options > Shop tab first.
