1. We can’t just guess why there is no title by looking at a screenshot. Please, provide a working link to your site, so we can check.
2. Yes, you can just one variation.

Hello thaide,
We have just checked and it looks like you’r variation attribute names are not set properly or the “use attribute for variations” is not checked. Check under Products > Attributes if the names are properly set and also in each product if the variations are set properly. There is a problem with the variations, as they are not displayed even in your product single page.

It took more time t investigate properly, but it looks like I was wrong. My apologies for that.
It turns that WooCommerce consider single variation products as simple. That’s why the product attributes are not displayed properly for the “quick buy” button. Unfortunately, this is not theme related, it’s how WooCommerce work. So, in order to use the “quick buy” button properly you’d need to use on real variable products – e.g. products with more than one variation.

Now i have a similar problem with drinks, they have a different volume options.
I made a threee variation, but still can’t see them in category view only in single product view

The custom option to show variation in thye Catalog wasn’t enabled:
You can check your category now.
