    Hello, I use a number of external 3rd party images and it’s not possible to edit or convert each one. Just found that those in PNG format have a dark grey background (which appears is the same for the lightbox view).
    Is it possible to set the background for the single product view to be white with custom CSS and if so could you please give me a hint what it might be.

    Hi webformation99,

    Yes, it can be done with simple CSS rule.

    div.woocommerce-product-gallery__image a {
    background-color: #ffffff !important;
}
