Yes, you do have a valid support until 11 November. No need to hire a freelancer. We have found the problem and update with fix (and some new features) will released in few hours (later today or tomorrow morning CET)

Hi Digital Bird,

This is a large udpate with a lot of changes and new features added. There are changes in both the theme and the theme plugins with more than 60 files affected, so we can’t give you a simple list with “updated files”.

The issue I have is in version that released in 1 July.
Are there so many changes after this version?
Still cannot find the fix you said yesterday.

Yes, there are many changes in the latest version. It’s now available for download. Don’t forget to update the theme plugin too (Lafka plugin)

I made I new clean installation of theme’s latest version, including modules and still cannot close branch modal.
I started this topic on July 5 and still cannot get an answer.
At the moment I have issues with my client.

Keep in mind that we are not TESTERS to wait for your next version, we are an agency with real customers and valid support.

The latest theme version works absolutely fine and the popup close button is functional.

As we already said, make sure you use the latest theme version with the latest plugin version and clear your browser and website cache.
