Hello,
Randomly, and regardless of the browser used, some users see the address selection pop-up always appear, even after selecting a company. They are thus always redirected to this pop-up and cannot continue their order.

Is there a solution to solve this problem please?

Sounds like a caching problem. Do you have a caching plugin on your site? If yes – which one?

Hello,
I do not use a cache plugin, however I am hosted at Kinsta who have a Cloudflare offer, seems to me that there is a cache system included.
Do you advise me to contact my host to disable everything related to site caching?

I have, the same problem, the popup appears continuously. I’m also at Kinsta and have a development copy on Cloudways, which has the same issue. Do you know the origin and its solution?

In both cases it is probably a file based cache (not dynamic) which caches the entire page and serves a static copy. Check your optimization settings and disable anything related to “static pages”.
