    Hello Andrés,

the pre-header problem is caused by some changes in WP 5.5

You just need to update the theme to it’s latest version. The easiest way to do this would be with the official Envato Market plugin (it’s included with the theme and can be installed from Appearance > Install Plugins page). When you update the theme, don’t forget to update all it’s plugins (including the Rigid plugin) from the same place (Appearance > Install Plugins page).

I have been reading other threads, trying to figure out where the setting is to put an image in the gray area under the header. The gray area is showing up on every page and I can’t get rid of it in WP Bakery so I figure it is a header setting…somewhere. Would you please point me in the right direction? I figure this is something easy to fix, but I have been trying to try to find the right setting/image upload place for several days. It is the gray area around the page header/category header/store header that I want to change.

    Hello New Mexico Nomad,

the grey area is the page title background. You can change it’s color under Theme Options > Common styles.

Also, the grey area size would depend on the header style chosen for every page and whether there is an image background assigned or not. The image can be assigned from the page settings in the admin for all pages except the shop, shop category, blog, events and forums pages.

    Regards,
    Dimitar
