ParticipantWe have purchased the lafka theme and have done most of the customisation but from the beginning when we imported the demo, preloader never appeared. When we turn it on from theme options, it gives us a white screen but the loader does not show up. We do not want to use the third party loader plugin as it will affect our loading speed. Also, it is default given by theme so, could you please help us on that.
Our website is dev.thegurkhaspice.com.au

KeymasterMost probably there is a JS error on your site preventing the correct work of the preloader. However, we can’t test it, as it looks the preloader is currently inactive. If you give us temporary admin access to your site, we can try to investigate the problem form you.

KeymasterHi shubhamchand40,
The problem is in your Litespeed cache settings. The Litespeed plugin is changing the order of loading of the styles. The preloader on your site works absolutely fine, but it’s not visible, because the Litespeed loads the custom options styles BEFORE the main styles.
Also, your caching settings are too aggressive, so you can expect even more problems.

ParticipantI thought the same and disabled the plugin. Perhaps, it is the same white screen.
Did you tried that and the loader worked for you??

KeymasterYes, the preloader works fine on our end. It’s just not visible on the white background. You’d need to disable the CSS combination, no the caching itself. The caching creates other problems, but not with the preloader.
Also, don’t forget to clear your browser cache too.

ParticipantHello there, I have done whatever you said in the previous message. However, the loader still shows white screen. I have cleared all cache and also reset all the settings of litespeed cache plugin and removed it.
The problem still persists. Please help.

ParticipantHello @Althemist,
did you figure out any solution to the issue?

KeymasterHi shubhamchand40,
Yes, we have found the problem. For some reason the main CSS keeps loading AFTER the dynamic CSS. It’s most probably caused by the changes you made to the theme as it’s highly customized version of Lafka. We have fixed this on your site by adding the color manually in your Customizer > Additional CSS panel.
