ParticipantHi!
The default drop-down price filter does not work. I does “something”, as the products listing refreshes and products change their position, but they’re not ordered properly.
Also a price filter, which should display as a slide bar (range), does not display at all in the filter drop-down, nor the shop sidebar.
How do I fix the product sorting / filtering opotions?June 30, 2020 at 6:25 pm #23879Althemist
KeymasterHello polspede,
Are you using the latest theme version and theme plugin version?

ParticipantHi! It turns out there was something wrong with the imported products (pizzas, burgers and other). They’re displayed in the shop, but the shop fails to sort them by date, name or price. The shop cannot ‘see’ them, that’s why the price bar didn’t show up – as if the store was empty. I could still add them to the cart and buy them.
I fixed this by adding new (but still dummy and quite basic) products just for the tests. The new products added manually work fine with the shop functions. However, I’m not 100% sure this fixes the issue. Maybe there’s a feature (extra prices, extra product info, customisation, or some other advanced product settings) that makes the shop fail to recognise the product as a valid product. For now I think I solved the issue, unless some product feature I’ll need in the future will break the shop again.July 6, 2020 at 7:39 pm #24135Althemist
KeymasterI’d suggest trying the tools under WooCommerce > Status > Tools (regenerate product lookup tables, recount terms and delete woocommerce transients). May be there is some missing meta-data in your imported products.
