Hello, I am having the following problem:
Problem accessing the customer account, with the following message “Unknown e-mail address. Check the spelling or try with your username.” while the customer account has been created with a username and password.
In addition, the “forgot password” function does not work since the customer does not receive any email to change the password.

So sorry for the late reply.

I am afraid this is not theme related. This functionality depends on your WordPress and WooCommerce settings. All default WooCommerce pages must be set correctly in order to function properly.
