ParticipantHello,
I just bought this theme. He is really perfect. I still have 2 small concerns:
– Unable to receive the order notification regardless of the user. I have activated the option in the theme settings. I have also tried on several browsers but it still does not work although I have activated notifications in the browser settings.
– When I click on My account at the top right, a menu opens but none of the links work (Dashboard, Orders, Download …).
Could you help me please.

1. In order for notifications to work, you’d need to allow them in the browser. Also, you’d need to be logged in as administrator and the admin to be open.
2. I am afraid we can’t just guess what could be wrong. Please, provide a working link to your site and temporary admin account details.

We are still checking on our end what’s causing the missing notifications problem. As for the menu and phone buttons, I am afraid that would not be possible.

Actually, yes, it works. However, in order for the notifications to work, there are some requirement:
1. Your site must have a valid SSL and running on secure connection (https://)

This is most probably caused by browser restrictions. Which browser are you trying with?
