Hello, I have all the delivery options available.. I have lafka shipping area options with a free delivery if the customer pay more than 30€. It worked well before, but now, even if the customer buy less than 30€, he has the option for free delivery and all the other options…

Other thing : no matter what address the customer gives us, he can be delivered..

Please help ! It worked well before but now, not anymore.

I verified the Google maps api keys and I have, as before, the 2 keys required :
The first with : Places API, Geocoding API, Distance Matrix API and restricted for the url’s website
The second with no url resctriction and only Distance Matrix API activated

i also see in the latest package of lafka theme on themeforest
/lafka/plugins envato-market,js composer and revslider are at the 21/08/2023 date
but lafka-plugin still at 16/07/2023

i test downgrade to the oldest version of theme and plugin but the error still there purhaps it is an error with the google api that change some codes ?

i test with disabled all plugin and just leave lafka plugin and theme but that still present all delivery without exclude free one or not concerne with the distance location

Sorry for the delay.

Yes, we reproduced the error: “TypeError: e.geocode is not a constructor”

It is fixed now. We will release an update in the next few days. We believe the other issues will resolve also because of this fix.

About the latest Lafka version. We don’t always update Lafka Plugin when we are updating the theme. When there is an update of the plugin you will get a notification in the admin (unless you dismissed it, otherwise you can find it in Appearance-> Install Plugins)

I made all the updates but it doesn’t work.. The customer has always the choice between all the delivery options.. No matter what amount or where he lives..

Hello,

The customer gets free delivery for an amount above 30,-.
However if the customer orders for 40,- he can still choose if it is free or paid delivery.

If you turn off the setting “Show low cost only” (WC –> Shippingsettings ), then at checkout the system will show both costs. Both free delivery and paid delivery.
Here the customer can choose at checkout regardless of the minimum amount you specified in “Shipping Zones”.

If you turn on the settings “Show low cost only”, then you will only see the Shipping cost “Free delivery” above the specified amount in Shipping zones settings. But….the customer’s bill will show the normal cost.
This is very confusing for the customer because he should get free delivery as shown in checkout but the bill shows the delivery rate.

Question: How to solve this that the delivery rate above the specified amount is NOT showing the normal delivery rate on the bill when it is FREE shipping?
