Hi Venty,

Just try to run the import again. It looks like your server timed out several times before it import all data. A new import over the existing content should fix the issue.

If the problem persist, please provide temporary admin access, so we can check if something else is wrong.

Hi,

I already upload and install plugin for
Zass – WooCommerce Theme for Handmade Artists and Artisans with purchase code 63b52e31-f76c-4ce7-86a5-2d0d5ab161be from envato, but the website is not like a demo, only blank.

I tried to import the demo data but the notification in wordpress is :

“There are no predefined import files available for this theme. Please upload the import files manually below.”

I already upload all the received files on my email without any changes. What files i should use to import the demo?
