    Hi christopher.nembly,

I am afraid we can’t just guess what could be wrong. Please, provide temporary admin access to your site, so we can check what could be wrong.

    Hi christopher.nembly,

We can’t login. It looks like there is a problem with the password.

    Hi christopher.nembly,

There are permissions problem on your site. looking at the configuration you have, most probably your WordFence settings are too aggressive/restrictive. There are tons of loading issues on your dashboard too, not only on edit page. I’d suggest starting with the WordFence settings. You may try to completely disable and see if that’s the problem first.

I am afraid we can’t tell exactly what’s causing it. It’s definitely not theme related, but we can only give you some directions. Check with your hosting support if for some reason the php safe_mode is enabled.

Hi I diable the php_safe_mode but have also the same problem. I think it’s the theme because when I deactivate it and use default theme there are no more errors in the admin

It’s definitely, not the theme. Otherwise you would not be the only one with such problem. Basically to have safe_mode enabled on modern web server is a pure suicide, so I guess there are more unnecessary security features enabled on your hosting. Having safe_mode disabled is one of the official WordPress requirements, so a hosting which have it enabled is definitely not WordPress ready. I’d suggest consulting with your hosting support team and discuss what security measures they have applied.

    Hi christopher.nembly,

We’d love to help, but it’s just out of the scope of the theme support. This is a server problem and we really can’t diagnose it. Otherwise we would gladly help.

Hi I change my hosting and it’s ok now all is working fine.

I have an other question please, I do page speed test with google page speed and gtmetrix but score is slow. I have Litecache plugin and cloudflare but it’s very slow especially on mobile.

    Hi christopher.nembly,

That’s not theme related. You’d need to optimize your installation. Anyways, keep in mind that hosting quality would be the most improtant factor. i can see you have a 2,4 seconds TTFB which is not a good sign for your hosting server.

Here are some tips on what can be done to improve loading times:
