ResolvedProduct Categories widget issue

    Hi,

    I’m using the Product Categories widget located in shop sidebar and I’ve noticed that I have the same issue as other people have mentioned in August.

    The first tab ‘Select a category’ works fine, the second one says ‘No matches found’ and is not working. I’ve tried to hide it using custom css code but it doesn’t seem to work, as it hides both ‘Select a category’ tabs (they are connected), so I’m looking for a way to hide this 2nd tab

    This is the current flow (https://prnt.sc/pd9quu / https://prnt.sc/pd9rdg / https://prnt.sc/pd9rkz ). The first tab works ok, the second one shows ‘no matches found’ even if you choose a category in the first tab.

    I’ve checked and I don’t think it’s a conflict with anything else. I’m using Rigid Theme v4. Is there any solution for this issue?

    Hi Codrin1,

    the current theme version is 5.4.3, not v4. You’d need to update your theme (and the theme plugin) to the latest version where this is fixed.

    Hi, apologies the version I have is indeed 5.4.3. which means that unfortunately the problem is not fixed. Could you advise what can I do in regards to this issue?

    Following the theme update and Rigid plugin update the Product categories is now working great. Your help is much appreciated!

    Hi,

    Actually, it seems to work well on desktop but not on mobile. On mobile, it comes up the same as before with 2 tabs the second one ‘No matches found’.

    Is there any chance you could fix it for mobile also?

    Hi Codrin1,

    it’s the same as desktop. Most probably your site is cached on your device. Try clearing your mobile browser cache.
