ParticipantHello there!!
First I wanted to congratulate you on the excellent Theme that you have given us.
I wanted to ask you if you have had reports to filter products from the Product Filters Sidebar; filters appeared yesterday and not today. The only thing different is that I updated WordPress to 5.5 (and I have the Theme updated to its latest version).
I already cleared the caches from Woocommerce / Settings /.
Also I ran the “Recount terms” and regenerate product lookup tables” under WooCommerce > Status > Tools. And cleared the WooCommerce transients and customer sessions but the issue continues…
Can you give a light about this please, this filtering functionality is really critical for my bussiness.
Thank You!

ParticipantIn a way I’m glad I’m not the only one; so, maybe it’s a general problem.
I Fix temporarily adding sidebars with the same filters, but in a mobile, this sidebars appears on the botton of the page and I need this displays in the top…
Thank you for your report!

KeymasterHey guys,
I have jsut checked and everything works fine on our end. Check if the theme plugin is also updated (BabyStreet plugin).
Also, please note that the latest theme version must be used with WP 5.5 AND WooCommerce 4.3.2, so everything must be up to date in order to work properly.
regards,

Participanti tested in fresh installed wordpress website,
i installed wordpress 5.4 and latest woocommerce version then i installed the theme and updated it the latest version too. all fonctions works fine, but when i updated the wordpress to 5.5, the problem persists on product filter, it shown when closed option is chosen on theme options and closed when the opened option is chosen. and filter link which control the state of Products Filters Area is hidden.August 13, 2020 at 5:03 pm #25048hescala
ParticipantThank you Kaymaster for your reply!
Like jadimail I continue with the same problem, I´ve all plugins updated, Woocommerce, even WordPress, but the error occurred when updating to 5.5.
You can visit my website please http://www.bebitoscr.com and check that the native filters section is hidden.
Stay tuned, thank you very much!

KeymasterI am really confused now. Is it that the filters not working or the Open/Close button is not working? Please, clarify, so we can check and fix it.

ParticipantOn the mobile phone i have cattegories at the bottom of the page.
I would like to get cattegories above the products.September 8, 2020 at 8:57 am #25544Althemist
KeymasterHello Gromin,
I am afraid that would not be possible. The sidebars are always displayed after the main content. It’s how WooCommerce work.
The only way to have the categories above the content on shop and category pages is to enable the display of both products and categories in the customizer (Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product catalog).
Also, please whenever you have questions, always open your own topic and don’t post in other user’s topics.
