KeymasterHello kelkel,
Not really sure what do you mean by “your babystreet product format”. Could you, please explain more? Exactly what would you like to achieve?

ParticipantI have products in my old theme already set up. I want to make them look like your variable product format. i.e. the Giraffe Night Lamp

KeymasterAll existing products should take the theme styles automatically. Could you, please provide a working link where we can see what’s not OK.

ParticipantHere is a product in my staging site:
Here is same product on my live site (old theme):
Here is what I want it to look like (variable format):
The options aren’t the same and the description section is different. I hope it’s just something I’m missing.

KeymasterHi kelkel,
You just need to set the attribute types of your existing products accordingly. The the ads 3 custom attribute types – color, label and image.

KeymasterLooks like you’re using custom attribute swatches plugin. Our swatches doesn’t have tooltips. The description section on our demo products was built with WP Bakery Page Builder.

ParticipantSo Babystreet doesn’t use the plugin “Variation Swatcher for WooCommerce”? I want to be certain I’m not deactivating your theme’s plugin.
Thank you!January 14, 2021 at 2:26 am #28289kelkel
ParticipantLooks like “Variation Swatcher for WooCommerce” is the one for your theme. I can’t see any other attribute swatches plugin.

KeymasterOur theme have this feature built in. No need to use any plugins.

ParticipantSince it is not working for me, and I can’t find another plugin on my site that you mentioned earlier “Looks like you’re using custom attribute swatches plugin. Our swatches doesn’t have tooltips.” The only plugin related to swatches is “Variation Swatcher for WooCommerce”. Should I deactivate that one? I don’t know what else to do to make it work.

ParticipantIt’s not working at all for me now.

KeymasterYes, you should deactivate the “Variation Swatcher for WooCommerce” and use the built-in theme swatches. No need to activate ANY additional plugin. Just the theme and the theme’s plugin.
