    Hi,

On safari I noticed that there are 3 products per line. On chrome (which I use mainly), has 4 products per row like it should be.

    What could the issue be?

    Hello vdseign,

We have just checked your website and the fixed image gallery works fine in all browsers. What’s your display size on you Mac computer? The gallery will stay fixed only if there is enough space to accommodate the product summary (on the right) + the header width.

    Regards,
    Dimitar

Also, please look into the product filters. I have just “sorted price from high to low” but it is not high to low (screenshot added in the link )

    Hello vdseign,

It looks like you have updated WooCommerce in the past without updating the database. What you need to do in order to sort the filters problem is go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools page and click on “regenerate product lookup tables” and “recount terms” buttons.

    Regards,
    Dimitar

IMPORTANT!!!

Hello everybody! Please, accept our sincere appologies for the delaeyd support last 2 weeks. One of our team members was diagnosed with Covid-19 and we were isolated without the chance to leave home or access our office. We are now back to work and slowly catching up with delayed support tickets. We expect the queue to be cleared and everything to be back to normal schedule by Monday, 29th of June.

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding.

Best regards,
Althemist team
