Hi,
I have this website using rigid theme. On this page https://wbc.forcoda.com/shop/ when trying to sort products from high to low price, it doesn’t work correctly.
Couple of things which are missing on this page below
RESET ALL FILTERS
rigid-filter-widgets-triger
Sold by Vendor name
Didn’t find any theme settings to enable these.

I have just checked your website. Everything works absolutely fine.
As for the missing parts, it looks like you don’t have all plugins installed (e.g. WC MArketplace)> They must be installed BEFORE you import the content.

If you choose the filter low to high as in the screenshot url https://prnt.sc/1rkj9ls. Prices are not right.
I have the plugin WC Marketplace installed. How I can bring the missing parts?

Could you please enable admin access again, so we can check what could be wrong. It looks like the username and password you gave us previously no longer exist.

Your store needed to Recount Terms. This happens sometimes when moving from one version of WooCommerce to another. If it happens again, you can run it manually under WooCommerce > Status > Tools.

For the filter widgets trigger and reset filters – you must set and enable some filters firs.
For the “sold by” label – it’s only visible on vendor products. It looks like your products are not assigned to vendors.

Hi,
There are products which are assigned to vendors on Shop page but it doesn’t show “sold by” label. You can take a look here on vendor dashboard list of vendors products https://wbc.forcoda.com/vendor/lila-lola/.

In this case, may be it’s just disabled in the WCMp settings.
