ParticipantAt product quick view, the dropdown for selecting product attribute value is displaying a list of blanks when the site has been switched to another language.
Please advise, thanks.

KeymasterHi foodstophk,
Could you, please give us more information? Which multilingual plugin you use? Also, please provide a working link to the product page, so we can check the problem “live”.

ParticipantI have TranslatePress and Loco Translate installed.
The product is configured as Variable Product. Customers are required to select an attribute value from the dropdown menu.
Loco Translate does not seem to support translating the attribute values. TranslatePress seems kind of working. However, it only works at the single product page – https://staging.foodstop.com.hk/zh/product/不可能肉醬意粉-spaghetti-bolognese-with-impossible-meat/?attribute_pa_pickup-locations=testing-location&attribute_pa_meal-dates=2022-03-05
The translation does not happen when the single product quick view is triggered – https://staging.foodstop.com.hk/zh/

KeymasterHi foodstophk,
The best way to translate the theme and it’s plugin is Loco Translate.
For multi-lingual websites we’d recommend to use WPML or PolyLang.
For the translatepress – we never tried it, so we don’t know how it works and at which level they translate the attribute names. Probably this is how the plugin works and it only translates the attributes on the single product page instead of globally.

ParticipantThank you for your reply. But even if I have Loco Translate only, I don’t see it can pick up any attribute values for translation. Do you aware if it is not supported by Loco Translate?

KeymasterLoco translate is not a multi-lingual solution and it can’t translate attributes. For properly translated attributes you’d need a premium plugins like WPML and Polylang and their WooCommerce addons.
Basically, it looks like TranslatePress translates your attributes, but directly on the product page and not on the attributes database, so you may need a professional solution like WPML or Polylang.
