Hello, I’m trying to add a video to each of my products. I entered the URL of my self-hosted mp4 in my own media library (https://***.***/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/on-ear-180-4k-14K-Yellow-Gold-Tri-Tone-Hoop-Earrings.mp4) into the video URL field in the “Product video” section of the Product Edit page, but the video isn’t showing anywhere on the product page when I save and view it. Am I missing something? Please advise what I need to do to get a product video to display. Thanks.

You can only use youtube videos there.

There are 2 JS errors on that page and this blocks the enture JS execution. I can see you use WP Rocket. Most probably you forgot to exclude jquery from the optimization.

Why when you click the play button on desktop computers, the video opens in Lightbox, but when you click on that same button from mobile devices, the system redirects you to the youtube website.on a new page.

How to make it always open in lightbox?

Sorry for the late reply.

Unfortunataly, this is something we can’t control. It’s the standard Android and iOS functionality. When you click on youtube link on mobile it would open the app (not the website).
