Hello d.cottereau,

It looks like your original images are just too small, so they can’t/don’t need to be zoomed. Make sure you upload product images above 1000x1000px, so they are big enough to be zoomed.

Check your settings under Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images

On the same product check image 2 and 3. You’ll see they are zoomable, as the images are bigger.
