Products are not fully visible on product pages. i’ve added 12 products to list on product pages but only 8 of them are visible, after clicking anywhere on the screen rest of the products are visible. i dont know whats the issue is. please replay

Hi Intersmart,

It looks like your page can’t even scroll normally. There is something that’s conflicting the normal page scroll. I’d suggest trying to disable your chat plugin and see if that would fix the error.

HI before adding chat plugin this issues was there.
Ive tried removing some of the cache, plugins but no use. can you check on further.

I haven’t changed anything. But problem not solved its still there please check inner pages you can see only 8 products at first then a blank space. Once click on somewhere on the screen it loads. Please check

I am checking the New Born category and everything seems fine. All 12 products are loaded.

Hi Intersmart,

It looks like your gtranslate plugin wraps the entire website in a separate div (you’ll notice there are two different scroll bars on your site). This prevents the system to detect the scroll event. I’d suggest choosing a real translation plugin that doesn’t modify the website code.
