ResolvedProducts in Product Category does not display correctly in page 2

    Dear Support,

    We are using Zass with Woocoomerce and are encountering product display issue for a specific page when using a desktop.

    One of the Product Categories has 26 products in it. When we click on the Product Category, the page 1 display of the products is correct and as expected. The default setting shows 12 items in a page (top 2 rows shows 5 items each and last row display 2 items), which is perfect.

    However when we navigate to page 2, instead of seeing the next 12 items displayed exactly as in page 1, we see the 1st row displaying 5 items correctly but from the second row, the rest of the products are displayed vertically one below the other. Also, these products are appearing as much larger images than the display in row 1.

    Would you please advise what needs to be done to fix the issue?

    Hello Sandeep,

    Unfortunately, we can’t just guess what could be wrong there. Could you, please provide a working link where we can see the problem “live”, so we can try to diagnose it?

    Hello Sandeep,

    Sorry for the late reply.

    There is something on that page breaking the layout. Also, there is a JS error related to your captcha integration. It’s definitely not a theme problem. It’s either because of the captcha related JS error, OR there is something wrong with your product “Plume Gauloise 750EF”. I guess it’s the second option. Could you, please try do temporary disable that product and see if it’d fix the problem? If so, we can search the problem from there.

    Thank you, much appreciated. As you said, the issue was with the product page “Plume Gauloise 750EF”. I have corrected it the error now and the page works fine. Please close the ticket.
