ParticipantHello,
(using another app on your device or your phone is locked you will receive notifications with sound for every new order.)
I cannot enable the Mobile Message option
Thanks for the help. The next problem I have is when registering a user:That is, when logging in to register to email
There should be a message that no message will be sent to the email. And another problem is the site loading time is very long.
Thanks for the help.

KeymasterHello fadizreik,
1. I am afraid I don’t understand. What do you mean by “using another app on your device or your phone is locked”? Please, explain more.
2. Again, I am afraid your explanation is not clear. What do you mean by “There should be a message that no message will be sent to the email.”? Where should this message be and why?
3. The slow loading speed may depend on many different aspects. I’d suggest checking our related article. At first look, your server words fast enough, but you’d need to optimize your content (e.g. image sizes) and enable some sort of caching, expiration headers, compression, minification etc.

KeymasterHello Fadizreik,
1. The notification settings are explained in the theme documentation here:
https://althemist.com/docs/lafka/#!/push
2. What do you mean “the registration has a problem”? Please, explain! We can’t just guess. What problem?

Participant1.
For example, the:
A user wants to sign up for the first time.
To register you must enter an email to the registry.
The next step is to send a message to the user who sent us an email to sign up
The problem is, in fact
No message is sent to the user’s email.2.
For the plugin too
I want a message on my mobile when the customer orders.
I couldn’t activate it and couldn’t do it with Document

ParticipantHello
I’ve sent you access to the admin, serial number, and phone type.
But I haven’t received any message from you yet.
Thank you for answering my question as soon as possible.March 4, 2020 at 10:49 am #21590Althemist
KeymasterHello fadizreik,
We have just checked your website.
1. It looks like you’re using two different push notification plugins on your website, along with the built-in theme feature. This may create unpredictable problems and conflicts. I’d suggest leaving only one of the three. However, we were able to allow the notifications, so you’d probably need to check your mobile browser privacy settings.
2. The registration works absolutely fine on our end. At least to the OTP verification step. As this is not the default WooCommerce registration process (additional fields, additional verification etc.) we can’t really tell what else could be wrong and provide help. I guess you’d need to contact your third-party plugins support team.

ParticipantHi
Registry is still having problems, no emails are sent. It even sends you a message to check the email for another ten minutes, but no email is sent.
Please check this issue.

KeymasterHello fadizreik,
This could be related to some security setting on your hosting account. We can see that the “sender” e-mail of your site is a yahoo mail. It’s best to use an account on the same domain – e.g. – office@henkesgrill.com
Also, it may be restricted on your hosting to send HTML mails or using the php_mail function.
All the possible reasons are not theme related, so we can’t really provide much help, but here is a good guide on how to find the problem and fix it:
Hope this helps.
