ResolvedPush Notification Not Working For Mobile

    I am having an issue with the push notification system not being able to send notifications to the shop manager when login in on a mobile phone and the sound is so low even when the notification is sent. Please can you help with this? Thank you

    Hi Victor,

    In order to get the notifications, you must be logged in to the site admin area and there must be an open tab with the admin (even if it’s not active). As for the sound – that depends on the phone Notification sound settings.

    If you still don’t get the notifications, check your app permissions. May be you have disabled permissions for Google and Chrome apps?

    Thank you I think that works, Please I have another issue with the mobile user when selecting the branch they want to order from it freeze’s at (Please Wait) and never saves the location. I have attached a screenshot https://ibb.co/hV0yxHL, please can you treat an urgent. Thank you

    I am afraid we can’t just guess what could be wrong by looking a screenshot. Please, provide a working link to your site, so we can check.
