I am afraid that would not be possible.

The “Restaurant Menu” functionality serves a different purpose. It was meant to be used by restaurant that only want to list their menu, not for online order. There is a possibility to add a button to each product and even link it to existing product page, but that’s an edge case for users with very specific needs. Basically if you offer online orders and delivery, you should use the WooCommerce products, not the “Restaurant Menu”.

The idea is to use this function to people inside the room and order with delivery to the table, I just need the possibility to hook the menu to the cart so quickly. If it is not possible I will try to solve it in another way, but in my opinion today with this effect COVID-19, they ask me for this function. Thank you

There is simply no way to do this. I guess what you need is more like an app, not a website.
