    I have a concern .
    (1)As you have mentioned theat we can add multiple branches along with branch manager for a repective branch. When I get login using one branch manager id then I am able to see all the other branches order too and can even take action. I am not getting how this is serving multiple branches when one branch manager is able to see order of others and even can take actions.???????

    (2)When admin goes to order then it show branch name along with order. But we don’t have any report to get the branch wise sale data. Even we don’t have any option by using which we can export the data in excel or csv along with branch name so that we can calculate the total sales. You just tell me, in the end of month if we want to calculate the total of a branch , how we can do it.Please guide dear, it is really important other wise i have to drop the theme. I have spent alot of time on it and at the time of final implementation these basic things are not even present.

    Hello cloud2core,

    1. That’s not the case. If the branch manager is NOT site admin he can only see orders for his branch.

    2. This is not a theme or plugin for woocommerce reports. We already explained this numerous times. There are special plugins for this. Unfortunately, we can’t suggest which one to use as it’s out of the scope of theme development.

    Even here branch manager can see appearance option where he can select theme and all

    While creating user I have assigned SHOP MANAGER ROLE TO THE USER. WHAT ELSE ROLE SHOULE WE PROVIDE TO USER SO THAT HE CAN SEE ONLY PRODUCTS AND ORDER ETC NOTHING ELSE.

    Hi cloud2core,

    We have checked your website. It looks like there are a lot of things not properly set – your default WooCommerce pages are messed (Shop, Cart, Checkout, Account etc.)

    Some of your branches don’t have an address set and some of them don’t have a manager set.

    Everything on your shop must be properly set in order to make it work correctly.

    As the shop manager role – this is how WooCommerce work. If you need to limit what can the manager see you’d need to use a special plugin that modifies user roles.

    When user open the website and popup appears to select branch. I want to write “SELECT LOCATION” instead of “select branch” . Can you tell me that how i can do it.Thanks in advance.

    Hi cloud2core,

    The easiest way to change a theme string would be with a plugin like Loco Translate. Just find the text string in Loco Translate and change it to whatever you want.
