Hi!

We have tried setting up an account on the website. Unfortunately, we could not find any settings in Woo/WP regarding that expect USERS tab which allows to you to add new users via administrator panel.

Where can I set an account as if I would be a customer?

Hello JD,

Not really sure what do you mean. In the administration panel you can create users under the “Users” menu > Add new. In the website front-end, there are several places where users can create an account, depending on your WooCommerce settings (WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts and Privacy).

Could you, please explain more? Exactly whats the problem you have and where?

The account registration settings were ticked off in the panel- meaning you couldn’t set up a new account, you could only log in. Anyways, we found the settings. Issue resolved!

I am facing exactly the same issue.
As a costumer there is no option for Sign up, only Sign in with username or password.
Could you please tell me how I activate it?

Hello Newbie,

This is not theme related. It’s a WooCommerce setting. You can set it under WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts and Privacy.
