Is it possible to remove the bottom section “Other products you’ll love” from certain product pages?

Go to admin => products => edit product => Linked Products => and delete products there 😉

I have nothing in the upsell/cross-sell but they still appear.

Hello bogdan,

Those are, so called “Related products”. Those are randomly shown products from the same category as the current product.
You can control their number from:

Theme Options -> Shop -> Number of Related Products

Setting it to 0 will not display the section at all.
