Hello keita,

I am afraid this is not theme related. You’d probably need to ask your hosting support about that. Most probably there is a problem with you PHP Mail settings, so you’d need to set SMTP mails OR the mails are going to the spam folder of the recipient. Unfortunately, both are far beyond the scope of our support.
