KeymasterHello Sapsaner,
you can change any text string (except the slug in the URL) with a plugin like Loco Translate.
As for the add to cart – the “Restaurant menu” is not meant to be used for online orders. It’s a static menu for restaurants with no online orders. The button can be linked wherever you are, but you can’t add products to cart. For online orders you’d need to use WooCommerce products.

ParticipantIt’s a pity, I need a product filter on the “menu” page, how can I add a “categories” block to each category, so that this navigator can go through the categories?

KeymasterJust enable a sidebar for the shop and category pages and place the “Product categories” widget in it.
Alternatively, you can enable the categories display for shop and category pages just like here:

Hope this helps.

DimitarBTW, we are preparing an update where a products layout similar to the “Restaurant menu” (it’s called “list view”) will be available.
