Dear Support,

Rigid is not compatible with the latest WooCommerce version, which is 4.5.2 (updated two weeks ago).
However, on the advertising for Rigid, it states that the theme is compatible with WooCommerce versions up to and including
4.3.X.

It’s well behind the latest version. Your theme states that I must download WooCommerce, yet your theme is not compatible with the latest WooCommerce version.

Can you please fix your theme so it is compatible with the plugins it requires me to use.

Hello Belinda,

Rigid is fully compatible with latest WooCommerce. On ThemeForest we just don’t have a checkbox for the latest version to mark it. Envato team is always a bit behind on this. Make sure you have the latest theme version and you are good to go with the Woo 4.5.2
