Rigid multivendor has issues after installation. In the demo page, there are vendors shop style 1, 2, 3 but they are missing in my webpage after installation. I could see vendors 4 and 5 but when I clicked on them it is taking me to a 404 page. Please help to correct this error. Thanks!

These are not available in the imported content, because they are separate accounts. You just need to register some vendor accounts on your website.

After installing the theme and the plugins.
I get this error “Sorry, You Are Not Allowed to Access This Page” when i register as a vendor. and try to login to the admin dashboard
Please help

It looks like you have converted your account from administrator to vendor. I am afraid this is not theme related. You’d need to consult the WC Marketplace support team about that
