InactiveI installed the Rigid parent and Rigid CHild themes into my template and activated the Child Template – but when I review the site – the layout is broken and I can’t see the “Etsy looking” template that was a referenced before I purchased this. These were fresh installs on wordpress. How can I see that this is showing correctly. A bit frustrated.

InactiveHi – Is it possible to have help to install the templates on my wordpress – I need to see the theme installed – per your web template —> https://rigid.althemist.com/wc-marketplace/
A response is appreciated – to see how someone can help ensure this appears correctly on my wordpress. It is not doing so.

KeymasterHello pablove69,
Sorry for the late reply.
When you install theme, you’d first need to activate all it’s plugins (Rigid Plugin, WP Bakery Page Builder etc.) under Appearance > Install Plugins page on your admin.
Next, you’d need to import the theme demo under Theme Options > Import demo. That’s it.

KeymasterHello pablove69,
the reason for this could be if you already had a page assigned as a home page under Settings > Reading before the import. If the import was successful, the page exists for sure. Just go there and check if the right page is assigned for home page.

InactiveIt seems indeed there was a prior Home page assigned under settings. Can you help me guide on what are the steps to replace the home page from your demo – to replace the prior one. Would appreciate if you can be as explicit as possible on what to do – step by step.
Thanks.June 5, 2020 at 6:54 am #23412Anonymous
