I have installed the ‘RMA Return Refund & Exchange For WooCommerce Pro’ plugin, and it was working properly with our theme before. However, we are currently facing an issue:

When the customer successfully fills up the refund request form, the plugin load is not removed.

We have already discussed the issue with the plugin support team, and they have indicated that the problem lies with your theme. Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue?

Sorry for the late reply.
We installed the plugin and successfully did a test refund without the issue you mention. But we can think of some of the reasons that could lead to this:
– Make sure that you have the proper pages set for My Account and Shop in WooCommerce -> Settings -> Advanced
– You can change the page to which the plugin redirects from WP Swings -> Refund -> Select The Page To Redirect. Play with those, because the problem appears (as you describe it) after the redirect.
