Using safari on OSX, my rigid theme displays menus seen on mobile devices, not desktops. How can I configure Rigid to display desktop menus on safari?

menus are switched based on the device type and screen resolution, not the browser used. Could you, please tell us what’s your device and what screen resolution?

resolutions bellow 1280px are considered tablet resolution nowadays, so the desktop menu should be visible at 1280 unless your laptop display is suing zoom (e.g. not set to 100%). The desktop menu is visible on resolutions bigger than 1279px.

Check your display settings and make sure it’s set to 100%.

No, there is no zoom in the browser. What other issue could this be?

May be it’s not in the browser, but your display settings. Check if the display is set to 100%.

the borwser is set to 100% on screen resulution at 1280 x 800 as before. where can i find this code to adjust?
how can i change the minimum resolution for desktop view to 1264 x 800?

This is set in rigid/styles/rigid-responsive.css, but it’s highly NOT reocmmended to change the mobile breakpoint as this may lead to other problems. As I already said, you’d need to also check the “Display settings” of your device and make sure it’s set to 100%, not just the Browser zoom.
