We have the the search icon on the home screen, upon clicking on this the “search products” appears. We then get a drop down menu showing the items of the search – however you can not scroll down – how do we do this.

In addition, when you hit is “search products’ it takes you to the Search Results page – we have no photo’s, what do we need to do get photo’s added.

We have just checked your website and besides the extremely slow loading, everything seems fine on the search page. All products are loaded with images:

As for the scrolling – on a standard resolution (e.g. 1920×1080) there is no need to scroll as the 5 suggestions fit on the screen. We have just checked on smaller laptop and mobile and it scrolls fine for us bot with a mouse and touch. What’s your OS/Browser combination and screen resolution?
