What is the best way to set up shipping charges for my two shops? It’s not showing anything despite my best efforts.
For each shop there is a distance delivery charge of 20 kilometers, after that each km will be charged 2 QR. How can we set this up?

You’d need to set “By fixed rate + per driving distance” with the rate for the first 20km and the rate per km after that

This doesn’t look like the plugin’s default checkout. Did you modify something? Or you have some additional checkout plugins with maps?

there is no shipping plug-in

I can see the map is not in it’s original place on the right column, so it’s definitely modified either by you OR another plugin you have.

Another thing we noticed – you have set the delivery to use radius with a limit of 25 km. Is the address you are trying within the 25 km limit?

Hi thedoctordesign,

I am afraid it wouldn’t work like this. In the document you say “Location Based Restriction – None”. That’s not possible. The idea of the entire plugin is to limit the order locations.

There is something completely broken on your website. It has index.php in it’s URLs, product pages can’t be open etc.

I’d suggest trying to reset that installation and start on clean install.
