Hi,

I am having an issue with the check out & lost password page.
Check out page-
it keeps saying that there are no shipping available even though all the shipping options have been setup correctly

When I click on lost password it automatically redirect to terms & conditions and it was blank

Hi cuppycupx,

It looks like the default WooCommerce pages (account, cart, checkout) on your site are messed up (e.g. cart page goes to checkout page, account goes to T&C etc.).

Open WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced and make sure all pages there are properly pointed.

I have tried to change the woocommerce page. However, when I click on the my account and search for my account it didn’t show up.
But if i search “my account” on the check out page it is available

It’s the same with the checkout page. I could not search for the checkout page on the checkout page section but I can find the my account page on it

Hi I just reset my wordpress and it looks like the babystreet demo version cause the issue of the woocommerce page.
When I reset everything the pages were redirected to the correct page but when I use the demo version the my account page was missing and it redirected to the babystreetshop page

How to create my account page as the page was completely missing from my pages?

The problem is that you already have them set on your site before you import the demo data, so the pages are now doubled. You’d just need to set them correctly as I explained.
