I would like the shop-manager (user role) to receive a push notification, however I would not like them to have any access to theme options or any of the WordPress site edit options. How can I allow this?

Hi sarawsmn,

I am afraid this is not theme related. Shop Manager is a standard WooCommerce role and it have access to those areas. I guess you can use a third-party plugin like this to limit what the user role can see and manage:
