Dear support Team,

I would like to report a bug or maybe i might be doing something wrong.

The shopping cart is not showing in header and the option is activated the theme option.

Please help us with this issue.

There is a custom CSS rule added on your site that hides the cart:

.site-header-cart {
    display: none !important;
}

We don’t know where it’s added and why (it’s definitely not part of the theme), but that’s the reason. The cart IS there, but not visible.

It’s a fresh install, yet the cart is still hidden.

Could be something added by a plugin, OR the CSS could be in the Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS field added by someone for a previously used theme. it’s definitely NOT theme related.

I have an other issue with the video background not showing in the phone version please would you help with how to activate this option, thanks.

I am afraid this is not theme related. Videos of the WP Bakery can’t work on mobiles. You’d need to use a “poster image” for mobiles. It’s how WP Bakery work and can’t be avoided. Also this is the industry standard as it saves bandwidth on mobiles.

The sushi theme is using our custom video background, while on your site you’re using the WP Bakery built-in parralx video background. Our custom video background is in a separate tab of the row settings.
