Yes, you can do this with CSS.

.logged-in #menu_mobile ul.lafka-mobile-menu-tabs li a.lafka-mobile-account-tab-link::before {
    color: #yourcolor;
}

Yes, it’s doable. Just the same logic:

.logged-in #lafka-account-holder i {
    color: #yourcolor;
}
