Hi richo,
1. The off-canvas sidebars is located there when there is a title. IF the title is hidden, it moves to the header.
2. I am afraid that would not be possible. WooCommerce doesn’t allow custom content after the products. This is not theme related.

There is no configuration needed. Just set a sidebar for the off canvas sidebar under Theme Options > Sidebars and place some widgets in that sidebar under Appearance > Widgets. Then, if there is a title enabled on your page, the trigger would be as in the link you posted. If the title for that page is disabled, the trigger link would move in the header next to the search icon.

I am afraid that would not be possible. This option is only available on standard pages.

Yes, it is a category page and the off-canvas sidebar trigger is located bellow the page title, because for category pages you can’t hide the title.

Hi richo,
As I already explained, there is no need to configure anything. Just enable some widgets inside the off-canvas sidebar under Appearance > Widgets
