    How to create a separate Sign Up page for registering user or add sign up option next to login like the demo website.

    Hello rashik.nahian,

    This is not theme related.

    You’d just need to enable user registration in the “My Account” area from the WooCommerce settigns (WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts & Privacy tab)
